Math: Students took a multiplication fact quiz and then went over a powerpoint dealing with getting the best buy. The Birth Announcement is due TOMORROW, August 29th at the beginning of class.
Pre-Algebra: Students took a multiplication fact quiz and then looked at Module 1 Lesson 1. The Birth Announcement is due Thursday, August 29th at the beginning of class.
Science: Students learned which claim is best by receiving rock evidence. No homework.
English: We did an activity on text-evidence in class. Students need to send an email to me displaying correct etiquette by 4 PM today. There are instructions on google classroom. AR is due October 15th.

Geography: Students finished Continents and Oceans notes and then used the rest of the class time to fill out a map of all the continents and oceans. No homework! Test over Continents and Oceans will be Friday.

MATH STUDENTS who have missed school: Go to the website embarc (click here or go to Mr. Sanny's website for the link) and navigate to the module and lesson you missed. You can watch a video of someone teaching that lesson. The book they use might be slightly different than ours, but it should be pretty close.
