Math:  Students took a GST and went over 9-3 homework and then played Pie Face for science and math.

Pre-Algebra:    Students took a GST and went over 9-3 homework and then played Pie Face for science and math.

Science: Students finished their two hormone keys and got them graded in class. Students also watched a video about the Endocrine System and took a Google Form quiz about it.

English:  Students wrote a free verse poem. They are due tomorrow.

7th Period English: Students did a poetry walk and started their poetry slam. Students will present one poem. 

Geography:   Today students had some time to wrap up the Asia map. It is due today for 50 points. Asia test is tentatively set for April 10th. Study help is on Google classroom.

Math:  We went over 9-1 and 9-2 homework and then went through 9-3 and 9-4.  Complete 1 - 6, 11, 12 from 9-4.  

Pre-Algebra:   We went over 9-1, 9-2 and hopefully 9-3 and had homework.  See Mr. Sanny if you were gone.  

Science: Students created two hormone keys. Have them ready for class tomorrow so we can use them for our hide-and-seek activity.

English:  Students wrote a blackout poem. They are due tomorrow.

7th Period English: Students did a poetry walk. Tomorrow we'll start our poetry slam. Students will present one poem. 

Geography:   Today students continued on the Asia unit by working on their maps. The political and physical maps for Asia will be due on Thursday for 50 points. The Asia test is tentatively set for April 10th. Study help is on Google classroom.

Math:  We jumped into our new textbook and looked at lessons 9-1 and 9-2.  Complete 1 - 8, 12 - 20 on 9-1 and 1-3 and 9-11 from 9-2.  

Pre-Algebra:   We went over the test from before the break and then jumped in a textbook.  Students may have had homework.  

Science: Students did some research on hormones. Have the "function" and "where it is made" for at least 15 hormones written on the paper you received in class. Google Classroom has the websites you should use.

English:  Students wrote a personification poem They are due tomorrow.

7th Period English: Students wrote a paint chip poem. It's due tomorrow.

Geography:   Today students continued on the Asia unit by working on their maps. The political and physical maps for Asia will be due on Thursday for 50 points.

Math:  Students took a quiz over lessons 5-4 - 5-7 on Wednesday.

Pre-Algebra:   We are flying through Chapter 6.  Complete 1 - 9 in 6-5 and 1-11 and 16 in 6-6.  The test over Chapter 6 is Friday.

Science: Students learned about muscle fatigue by performing some muscle challenges. There will be a test over the muscular system this Friday, March 16th. Quizlet study materials can be found on Google Classroom. Begin studying!

Math:  Students took a new multiplication fact quiz called a Grande Soft Taco.  We then reviewed for the quiz.  For homework, do #3, #5 and #7 from lesson 5-7 \afor tomorrow.  We will have a quiz over lessons 5-4 - 5-7 on Wednesday.

Pre-Algebra:   We jumped into Chapter 6 for a quick review over as many lessons as possible.

Science: Students observed chicken wings to learn about tendons, ligaments, cartilage, muscle, and bone. There will be a test over the muscular system this Friday, March 16th. Quizlet study materials can be found on Google Classroom. Begin studying!

English:  Students read "Nebraska's Goat Gardeners" and typed their TDA. TDAs are due on Monday.

7th Period English: Students began learning about poetry. V memories due on Friday. AR was due yesterday.

Geography:   Today we took the South America Test. The South America Trip assignment is due on TODAY. We will start with a 7 Wonder of the World assignment next week.

7th Period English: Students worked on their writing for the TDA. Introductions were started with a hook and a thesis.  Body paragraphs were started.  There is a help sheet for you to pick up.   AR is due March 6th.

Math:  Students went over 5-3 and received a worksheet.  Complete it for tomorrow.  There is a quiz over lessons 5-1 - 5-3 tomorrow.

Pre-Algebra:   Students went over 5-8 and and reviewed the chapter.  There is a "quest" tomorrow over lessons 5-1 - 5-8.

Science: Students studied by playing Kahoot and watching a video. A test over the Nervous System is planned for this tomorrow, March 2nd. Study!

English:  Students read "Labels for Life" responses and graded the responses with their rubrics. AR is due March 6th.

7th Period English: Students read a story about goats and began the process for writing text-dependent analysis. U memory is due on Friday. AR is due March 6th.

Geography:   Today we continued on South America notes and had some time to work on the study guide. The study guide was handed out Monday and the South America test is March 8th
