Science: Students completed lesson 2.4 from our Rock Transformations unit.

English:  We continued punctuation notes today. "Comma 2" notes. Google Classroom Homework Commas 1. Keep working on your A.R. points for the second term.

7th Period English: We worked on our research papers information today. ABC writing this week, letter "I". A.R. reading points have been assigned for second quarter.


Geography:  Today we took notes over the major world religions. Looking ahead- We will take the World Religion, Government and Economy test will be November 8th.

Science: Students learned the answer to our Chapter 1 question on "Rock Transformations" by completing lesson 1.5.

English:  We reviewed for the test tomorrow by going over the study guide and did a Kahoot. Homework is to study for your test which will be on Tuesday. All make up work must be done by the end of the day tomorrow. Get started on your A.R. points for the next term.

English:  We continued reading the Rikki Tikki Tavi story today. Study Guide questions were answered for as far as she got. (Through #14) ****AR is due October 15th.

7th Period English:   . Complex sentence notes taken today. Google Homework C.S. #3 due on Tuesday morning. AR is due October 15th. ABC writing this week, letter "G"

Geography:  Today we took notes over Climate Zones and completed a Climate Map. A study guide was handed out today to help aid in studying. The map is due before the test on Wednesday. Looking ahead- We will take a test over Landforms, Water Resources, and Climate on October 16th, Wednesday.

Math:   Students the assessment over lessons 16 - 20.  No homework.

Pre-Algebra:   Students worked on lesson 22 and maybe 23.  We will have an assessment Tuesday, October 17th over lessons 17 - 23.  You will need your chromebook that day. 

Science: Students continued our Engineering Internship on Plate Motion (Finished up Day 4). If you are not happy with your scientific argument grades for Plate Motion or the Jalisco Block, you may come in after school by October 11th 4:00 pm and redo them.

English:  We started reading the Rikki Tikki Tavi story today. Study Guide questions were answered for as far as she got. ****AR is due October 15th.
