Math:   Students had time to work on IXL activities.   Under the 7th grade section, do activities CC: 1 and 3 and BB: 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17 to a score of 80.  All are due by Monday, end of class.  The HSS packet was due today.

Pre-Algebra:  Students went over lesson 4-8 and reviewed for the chapter test.  The Chapter 4 test is Monday.  Complete the homework for tomorrow.   The HSS packet was due today.

Science:  Students began presenting their disease research projects.  Presentations will continue Monday and Tuesday of next week.  Be ready!!!

English: Students peer-reviewed each others' papers and started turning them in. Papers are due on Monday at 4pm. AR is due December 19th at 4pm. :)

7th Period English: Students watched the Giver movie. AR is due December 19th at 4pm.

Geography:  Students watched Remember the Titans. No homework!

Math:   Students had time to work on the HSS packet.  Kids that finished it turned it in and had time to play cool math games on the computers.   The HSS packet is due Friday, December 16.

Pre-Algebra:  Students went over 4-5 and 4-6 and jumped into lesson 4-7.  Complete the homework for tomorrow.   The HSS packet is due Friday, December 16.

Science:  Students continued working on their disease research project on Google Classroom.  One more work day will be given in class.  Presentations will begin this Friday, December 16th. 

English: Students typed their research paper. AR is due December 19th. :)

7th Period English: Students reviewed for their test tomorrow. Projects are due on Thursday. There's a final Giver test on Thursday. AR is due December 19th.

Geography:  Students participated in a review. The review is on Google classroom and they were offered a hard copy to pick up. Study note packet and review!!!!! Science:  Students applied their knowledge of Punnett Squares and created a baby dragon using their parent dragons.  Monday will we finish creating our baby dragons.  Your current event was due today, but you can turn it in late (with points deducted) - go to Google Classroom for the form and find your current event on Newsela.  Don't forget to copy and paste the article to your form.  A study guide was handed out today.  Genetics test = Friday, December 9th.

Math:   We went over the RTGO? and then worked on IXL.  Under 7th grade, do G3, G10 and G13.  Complete to a score of 40.  If you have time, do G4, G11 and G14 to a score of 18.  The FA will be Tomorrow over lessons 3-6 - 3-10.

Pre-Algebra:  Students reviewed for the FA over chapter 11 which is tomorrow.  Students may have some problems to work on to review for the test.

Science:  Students learned how DNA is used to make protein.  Today they completed the activity we began on Friday.  A test over DNA is planned for this Wednesday, November 23rd.  A study guide has been handed out and is also available on Google Classroom.

English: Students received a study guide to work on. It is homework if they didn't get it done in class. AR is due December 19th.

7th Period English: Students started their research paper. Papers are due on Tuesday, November 22nd. AR is due December 19th.

Math:   We talked about the Food Drive, graded lesson 3-10 and then probably had time to work on the RTGO? on page 198:  problems 1 - 23.  The test will be Tuesday over lessons 3-6 - 3-10.

Pre-Algebra:  Students talked Food Drive and then discussed 11-4.  Complete the homework for tomorrow.

Math:   We graded lesson 3-6 and went over lesson 3-7.  Complete the homework for Monday.

Pre-Algebra:  Students graded 11-2.  Complete 11-3 for tomorrow.

Science:  Students took a test over the cell life cycle.  No homework.

English: Students read an article in Scholastic Scope and did a short activity. AR is due December 19th.

7th Period English: Students learned about their research project. No homework. AR is due December 19th.

Geography:  Students compared demographics between a 1st, 2nd and 3rd world country using the CIA factbook. It is homework if they didn't get it finished. A study guide for the test was handed out Wednesdsay. The test for this unit is MONDAY!!!! Please encourage them to use the study guide and study this weekend!

Math:   We took a mult fact quiz, went over the homework and learned how to estimate the multiplication and division of fractions and mixed numbers.  Do the bottom line of your new homework paper for tomorrow.

Pre-Algebra:  Students went over 11-1.  Complete 11-2 for tomorrow.

Science:  Students gave peer feedback on their classmates' cell cycle projects.  Students have received a practice test for our upcoming test over the cell life cycle.  This test will be tomorrow!  Fill out your practice test and use it to study. 

English: Students took a test. AR is due December 19th.
