Math:   Students went over the assessment over lessons 10 - 15.  No homework.

Pre-Algebra:  Students finished up lesson 20.  Students may have homework.   

Science:  Students reviewed for tomorrow's test over the skeletal system. There will be a test over the Skeletal System tomorrow Friday, March 1st. A Quizlet can be found on Google Classroom. Study!

English: Students worked on their TDA for Scholastic Scope. If they did not finish in class, they need to work on it as homework. It is due tomorrow. Please read! AR is due March 6th.

7th Period English:  Students read "Adventurous Storyteller" and looked at different TDAs. "T" is due on Friday. AR is due March 6th.

Geography:   Today we continued on South America notes and discussion. A study guide was handed out on 2/25 and it is expected that they fill it out while we are learning South America. The South America test is set for March 6th.

Math:   Students took a mult fact quiz, turned in the Progression of Equations worksheet and then reviewed for the assessment which is tomorrow.  It is over lessons 10 - 15.  Bring your chromebook.

Pre-Algebra:  Students took a mult fact quiz and then went over the assessment over lessons 16 - 18.  We then started lesson 19.   
      
Science:  Students finished their Chicken Wing Lab Report and the Muscle Fatigue Lab Report. Then students began learning about their bones. There will be a test over the Skeletal System this Friday, March 1st. A Quizlet can be found on Google Classroom. Begin studying!

English: Students worked on a literary device worksheet that goes along with the plays. AR is due March 6th.

7th Period English:  Students worked on their Scope worksheet and began reading the fantastical creatures story. "T" is due on Friday. AR is due March 6th.

Math:   Students went over lesson 15.  Complete the back side of the Progression of Equations worksheet.  We will have a test over lessons 10 - 15 on TUESDAY.  Bring your chromebook.

Science:  Students took the muscular system test. No homework.

English: Students presented their skits. We started looking at literary devices used in the plays. AR is due March 6th.

7th Period English:  Students took a literary terms quiz. Students started reading a scholastic scope story. "S" is due today. AR is due March 6th.

Geography:   Today we continued South America by working on maps. The maps are due on Monday for 50 points. The textbook map-image is on Google Classroom. The HP notes, demographics sheet, and bonus opportunity are due TODAY (by 4:00) for 75 points!

Math:   Students took an oral mult fact quiz, went over lesson 13 and covered lesson 14.  Students are to do the exit ticket and problems 3, 4, 5 and 6 from page 95.  Put those on the exit ticket.  We will have a test over lessons 10 - 15 on Friday.  Bring your chromebook.

Pre-Algebra:  Students took an oral mult fact quiz and continued with lesson 18.  Students may have homework.    
      
Science:  Students finished taking notes over the muscular system. Then students observed chicken wings in the lab to see muscle, tendons, ligaments, and cartilage. There will be a test over the muscular system this Friday (Feb. 22nd). Use the Quizlet found on Google Classroom to study.

English: Students worked on their skits. Some classes will receive another day to rehearse tomorrow, and some are presenting. AR is due March 6th.

7th Period English:  Students presented their skits, and we finished our literature terms notes. "S" is due on Friday. AR is due March 6th.

Geography:   Today we discussed the critical thinking questions in class over the HP notes. They were also offered an extra credit opportunity that is due on Friday. HP notes, demographics sheet, and bonus opportunity are due on Friday for 75 points!

English: Students reviewed literature terms for a quiz on Monday. They can use their pink study guide to study or quizlet on google classroom. AR is due March 6th.

7th Period English:  Students presented their skits. The rest of the skits are due on Monday. AR is due March 6th.

Geography:   Today we continued on Hungry Planet notes. They are on Google Classroom. The notes should be completed in class today. If students aren't done, it is homework. A vocabulary quiz is scheduled for Monday.

Math:   Students took an 11 mult fact quiz and then worked through lesson 12.  For tomorrow, have the exit ticket completed.  On the back, do the problem set on page 86.  Students may have homework.  

Pre-Algebra:  Students finished lesson 17.  Students may have homework.    
      
Science:  Students performed a lab to learn about oxygen utilization. A study guide has been handed out and was filled out during class today. The test over the Respiratory System will be tomorrow February 13th. The deadline for the Immune System Project was Monday, February 4th by 4 pm. If your project has not been graded yet, swing by after school and have it checked.

English: Students compared the novel to the movie. Students received a pink literature terms worksheet. It is due tomorrow. A lot of students got done in class. There is a quiz on Monday over literature terms on Monday. AR is due March 6th.

7th Period English:  Students worked on their skits. They will present them on Wednesday and Monday. AR is due March 6th.

Pre-Algebra:  Students went over the lesson 16 and are to complete problems from the problem set. 
      
Science:  Students learned about Boyle's Law to understand how breathing occurs. A study guide has been handed out and there will be a test over the Respiratory System on February 13th. The deadline for the Immune System Project was Monday, February 4th by 4 pm. If your project has not been graded yet, swing by after school and have it checked. 

English: Students watched the movie, Tuck Everlasting. AR is due March 6th.

Math:   Students  took the vocabulary quiz over the Module 3 terms.  They then had time to work on 7th IXL Activities W10, W11, W12, W13.  Student must score a 70 on all but the W12, where a score of 50 will suffice.   

Pre-Algebra:  Students took the test over lessons 10 - 15.  Students will have a spelling/definition quiz next TUESDAY (Feb 5) over the Module 3 words that were given to you.  If you lost your copy, you can find the words on Mr. Sanny's website under Vocabulary Activities.
