Math:   Students took a mult fact quiz, finished up 12-6 and had time to work on the homework.  It is due tomorrow.  A formative assessment over lessons 2-5, 12-1 - 12-6 will be Wednesday.

Pre-Algebra:  Students did the RTGO? and FOPS after lesson 3-3.  Complete the homework for tomorrow.

Science:  Students continued learning about the cell life cycle.  No homework. 

English: Students learned about capitalization. They received a short worksheet as homework. AR is due December 19th.

7th Period English: Students learned about simple sentences and received a short worksheet as homework. AR is due December 19th.

Geography:  Students worked on critical thinking questions that lead us into our Culture unit. No homework, but their current event is due Oct 31st- MONDAY...TODAY! Be safe tonight!

Math:   Students took the Week 1 Spelling Quiz and turned in Vocab Activities.  Students then received the Week 2 Vocabulary and Activities.  They are due next Friday with the spelling quiz then also.

Science:  Students graphed their data and finished their lab report for yesterday's lab on cellular respiration.  Our test over cellular respiration will be Tuesday, October 25th.  A study guide is available on Google Classroom and a paper copy has been handed out.

Science:  Students finished their graph and the rest of their lab report answering: "Will yeast make more CO2 if given syrup?"  Students then designed a lab to perform tomorrow.  Bring your lab materials tomorrow (not all students need to bring materials from home).  There will be a test over cellular respiration this Friday, October 21st.  A study guide is available on Google Classroom.  A paper copy was handed out today.

Math:   Students took a mult fact quiz, reviewed 2-2 and then had a worksheet to complete for tomorrow.

Pre-Algebra:   Students went over lesson 2-2 and then jumped into lesson 2-3. Complete the homework for tomorrow.

Science: Students performed a lab of their own design to study osmosis.  No homework.

English:  Students reviewed their study guide and learned about infinitives. They received a short assignment. There is a verbs test on Monday. AR is due on October 19th. Please be reading!

Math:   Students went over how to add integers and then worked on IXL.  No homework.

Pre-Algebra:   Students went over lesson 2-1 and then jumped into lesson 2-2. Complete the homework for tomorrow.

Science: Students concluded yesterday's lab and then designed a lab for tomorrow.  Bring any lab materials that you will need!  (some students will not need to bring materials from home since Mrs. Eidem will supply potatoes and salt)

English:  We received a study guide and had class time to work on it.

7th Period English: See Mrs. D.

Geography:    Today we took the quiz over Latitude and Longitude/Seasons. We also discussed a new monthly Current Event assignment that will be due Oct 31st (end of every month). We will discuss it more tomorrow and go over the finer details. I will also be emailing parents/guardians more information about it towards the end of this week/beg of next week. The assignment is on Google classroom also.

Math:   Students took a mult fact quiz, went over lesson 2-1 and then played Integer War with a deck of cards.  No homework.

Pre-Algebra:   Students took a mult fact quiz, went over Chapter 2 AYR and then went over lesson 2-1. Complete the homework for tomorrow.

Science: Students participated in a lab over osmosis.  No homework.

English:  We learned about the six tenses of verbs. Students have their principal parts and tenses worksheets as homework for tomorrow.

Geography:    Today we checked over the review, completed some season/tilt of the world notes, and students were encouraged to study Lat&Long notes, the review, and season notes. Quiz will be tomorrow! Homework is to STUDY!

Math:   Students jumped into lesson 2-1.  Complete the homework for tomorrow.

Pre-Algebra:   Students went over the Formative Assessment over Chapter 1.  Complete the Chapter 2 AYR for tomorrow.

Science: Students reviewed the scientific method and discussed tomorrow's lab over osmosis.  No homework.

English:  We learned about helping. They have a short worksheet as homework. If students would like to improve their noun/pronoun quiz, they need to fill out a request to retest and have it done by today. 

7th Period English: Students learned more about helping verbs. They have a short helping verbs worksheet as homework. See Mrs. Davidson if you were gone. 

Geography:    Today we worked on some practice problems using Latitude and Longitude. We will have a Latitude and Longitude QUIZ on October 5th over Lat and Long. No homework!
