Math: We went over the test from last week and then covered lesson 22. Complete problems 1 -5 on page 135 for tomorrow.
Pre-Algebra: We went over the test from last week and then covered lesson 18 and started lesson 19. Students may have homework from lesson 18.
Science: Students completed lesson 2.2 from our Phase Change unit, where students learned about kinetic energy and how it is related to freedom of motion. The test over our Phase Change unit is planned for Thursday, December 19th. We haven't taken the mid-unit assessment yet, but after we do, it will serve as a study guide.
English: We worked on our works cited. All research should be done. If research is not done, students need to do it as homework. Research papers are due on December 16th. AR is due December 17th.
7th Period English: Students took a quiz over Ch. 6-10 in the Giver. Students need to read Ch. 11-12. Projects are due December 13th. AR is due December 17th. "M" is due on Friday.
Geography: Today students finished up their Africa Daily Life activity in class and should have handed it in. Looking ahead- The Africa test will be December 13th.
**Also, just a quick reminder to help your student's charge their chromebooks at home.

MATH STUDENTS who have missed school: Go to the website embarc (click here or go to Mr. Sanny's website for the link) and navigate to the module and lesson you missed. You can watch a video of someone teaching that lesson. The book they use might be slightly different than ours, but it should be pretty close.
