Math:   Students had time to work on their Holiday Shopping Spree.  It will be due Tuesday, December 17th at the beginning of class.   

Pre-Algebra:   Students had time to work on their Holiday Shopping Spree.  It will be due Tuesday, December 17th at the beginning of class. 

Science: Students completed lesson 4.1 from our Phase Change unit, where students were given a new scenario (malfunctioning tank system) and learned how a normal tank system works. The grade earned for the Scientific Argument for Phase Change can be corrected, but corrections are due no later than Wednesday, December 18th by 4:00 pm. The test over our Phase Change unit is planned for Thursday, December 19th. Use the mid-unit assessment (lesson 3.4) as a study guide. There is also a Quizlet on Google Classroom.

English:  Students finished their country research papers. Research papers are due on Monday, December 16th. AR is due December 17th.

7th Period English: Students reviewed for their test. Projects are due today. AR is due December 17th. "N" is due on Monday the 16th.

Geography:  Today students students started to study for the Africa test. Students were sent home with a permission slip to watch Remember the Titans (PG) video starting next Tuesday. Please be looking for a green paper that explains the significance and I sent out an email on 12/12/19. Looking ahead- The Africa test will be December 16th. Remember the Titans permission slip is due on Monday, Dec 16th! Please make sure you keep your Africa map safe! You'll need it for the test!

**Also, just a quick reminder to help your student's charge their chromebooks at home.

MATH STUDENTS who have missed school:  Go to the website  embarc (click here or go to Mr. Sanny's website for the link) and navigate to the module and lesson you missed.  You can watch a video of someone teaching that lesson.  The book they use might be slightly different than ours, but it should be pretty close.
