Math:   Students turned in their HSS project and then did Desmos with partners.  No homework.   

Pre-Algebra:   Students turned in their HSS project and then did Desmos with partners.  No homework.   

Science: Students completed lesson 4.3 from our Phase Change unit, where students participated in a science seminar about the malfunctioning liquid oxygen machine. The grade earned for the Scientific Argument for Phase Change can be corrected, but corrections are due no later than Wednesday, December 18th by 4:00 pm. The test over our Phase Change unit is planned for Thursday, December 19th. Use the mid-unit assessment (lesson 3.4) as a study guide. There is also a Quizlet on Google Classroom.

English:  Students read about Amelia Earhart and answered a couple of questions. AR is due today!

7th Period English: Students watched the Giver movie. AR is due today.

Geography:  Today we started watching Remember the Titans Looking ahead-  We will start North America when we come back from break!

MATH STUDENTS who have missed school:  Go to the website  embarc (click here or go to Mr. Sanny's website for the link) and navigate to the module and lesson you missed.  You can watch a video of someone teaching that lesson.  The book they use might be slightly different than ours, but it should be pretty close.
