Math:   Students took the assessment over lessons 17-19. No homework.

Pre-Algebra:   Students took the assessment over lessons 16-18.  No homework.

Science: Students completed lesson 1.6 from our Phase Change unit, where students applied their knowledge of "freedom of movement" in regards to molecules and phase change. The scientific argument for the Rock Transformations unit was due Monday, November 18th. Students CAN come in after school and work with Mrs. Eidem on improving their score on their argument, but the deadline to do so is today, November 25th by 4:00 p.m.

English:  Research was continued. We are trying to get one page a day done if possible on the research topics. Should be through the blue sheet today. We talked about having enough information to start our writing. Keep working on your A.R. points for the second term.

7th Period English: We are reading the "Giver". Chapters 5 and 6 are to be read and questions answered for Tuesday at the beginning of class. No ABC writing this week. Keep working on A.R.

Geography:  Today students took notes over Africa (vocabulary, geography, ethnic groups, arts, and religion). Political and physical maps for Africa are due tomorrow at 4:00. There is a PDF map on Google Classroom to help for work at home. Looking ahead- The maps will be due on Tuesday, November 26th for 50 points. The Africa test will be December 13th.

**Also, just a quick reminder to help your student's charge their chromebooks at home.
