Math: Students took a mult fact quiz, got their Module 2 Vocabulary Terms and then started lesson 17. Students received a worksheet that is due tomorrow. Students will need their Chromebook 11/20, 11/22 and 11/25. The spelling quiz will be this Friday, 11/22. The assessment test will next Monday, 11/25.
Pre-Algebra: Students worked on the J+TL worksheet. It may be homework.
Science: Students completed lesson 4.4 from our Rock Transformations unit, which was the test. The scientific argument for this unit was assigned as homework last week on Google Classroom and is due today, November 18th by 4:00 pm.
English: TDA's written with a partner on the Scope story handed in on Google Classroom today. Keep working on your A.R. points for the second term.
7th Period English: Your research paper is due on Tuesday, November 19th. We started the intro to the "Giver" novel today. ABC writing this week, letter "L". Keep working on A.R.
Geography: Today students continued on the unit called Material World by comparing and contrasting different families from around the world (Mongolia, Iceland, Thailand, and Kuwait). Looking ahead- We will be starting Africa after Material World.

MATH STUDENTS who have missed school: Go to the website embarc (click here or go to Mr. Sanny's website for the link) and navigate to the module and lesson you missed. You can watch a video of someone teaching that lesson. The book they use might be slightly different than ours, but it should be pretty close.
