Math:   Students took a mult fact quiz and reviewed the 11 trick.  There is a link to a quizlet in you google classroom to practice the 11 trick. Students received information about the Module 1 vocabulary terms.  There will be a spelling quiz over those words on FRIDAY, October 4th.  We then were able to go over the Topic B Assessment.  No homework.

Pre-Algebra:    Students  took a mult fact quiz and reviewed the 11 trick.  Students received information about the Module 1 vocabulary terms.  There will be a spelling quiz over those words on FRIDAY, October 4th.  We then went over lesson 17.  There might be homework.   

Science: Students finished up Chapter 3 Unit 2 (Plate Motion) Lesson 3.4.  They wrote up a scientific argument (found on Google Classroom) and this is due Friday by 4 pm.  The Unit 2 test is planned for Friday October 4th. There is a Quizlet on Google Classroom to aid in studying. 

English:  Adverb notes taken. We did a class practice sheet. Google Classroom Homework Adverbs Homework 1. AR is due October 15th.

ABC writing this week, Letter "E".


Geography:  We worked on the Latitude and Longitude study guide today in class. Some students were able to finish, but others did not. Ask your student if they finished with the study guide tonight at home. Looking ahead- Quiz over Latitude and Longitude is set for October 4th(Friday).

**Also, just a quick reminder to help your student's charge their chromebooks at home.

MATH STUDENTS who have missed school:  Go to the website  embarc (click here or go to Mr. Sanny's website for the link) and navigate to the module and lesson you missed.  You can watch a video of someone teaching that lesson.  The book they use might be slightly different than ours, but it should be pretty close.
