Math:   Students took a mult fact quiz and went over Lesson 14.  There is a link to a quizlet in you google classroom to practice the 11 trick.  We will be starting those fact quizzes soon.  If you have missing homework, show Mr. Sanny the completed work ASAP.  Complete problems 2-7 in the problem set.  The assessment over lessons 11 - 15 will be Tuesday, September 24th.  

Pre-Algebra:    Students went over lessons 13 and 14 and jumped into lesson 15.  Complete the exit ticket and on the back of that sheet, do problems 1, 2 and 5-8 from the problem set.  In your google classroom is a link to practice the 11 trick.  There will be an assessment over lessons 10-16 next Tuesday, September 24th.  

Science: Students completed Chapter 3 of Unit 2 (Plate Motion) Lesson 3.2. The Unit 2 test is planned for Thursday October 3rd. There is a Quizlet on Google Classroom to aid in studying. 

English:  Students reviewed information on verbs including infinitives and gerunds. There is a study guide to finish for a grade on Monday. "Verbs Homework 5" is due today by 4 PM. AR is due October 15th.

Geography:  We continued our My Trip activity in class. It is due on Monday. The students will need their chromebooks for the rest of the week in geography. Thank you for helping them charge and reminding them to bring the computer to school. Looking ahead- We start Latitude and Longitude on Monday. Quiz over Latitude and Longitude is set for October 4th.

MATH STUDENTS who have missed school:  Go to the website  embarc (click here or go to Mr. Sanny's website for the link) and navigate to the module and lesson you missed.  You can watch a video of someone teaching that lesson.  The book they use might be slightly different than ours, but it should be pretty close.
