Math:   Students took a mult fact quiz, and jumped into Module 2 Lesson 1, no homework.

Pre-Algebra:   Students took a mult fact quiz, went over the test from yesterday and jumped into Module 3, Lesson1. 

Science: Students continued our Engineering Internship on Plate Motion (Day 7). Make sure your group submitted your "Outline: Group" via Futura Workspace by the end of the school day.

English:  We took the test on the Rikki Tikki Tavi story today. Study Guide questions were checked for completion and handed in. Get started on your A.R. points for the next term.

7th Period English:  Sentence structure review today. Google Homework C.S. #4 was handed in today. Study Guides worked on and discussed. We will take the test tomorrow in class. ABC writing this week, letter "G". ABC letter drawn today for rubric grading by Mrs. Davidson.

Geography:  Today took the test. Looking ahead- Our next unit deals with population.

Math:   Students worked on IXL:  7th grade to a score of 70:  A3, B1, B2, B3, B4, C1 and D4.  Students had the entire class to work quietly on these.  They need to be done by the beginning of class Wednesday.

Science: Students continued our Engineering Internship on Plate Motion (Day 5). Make sure your group submitted your best "TsunamiAlert Design" version by the end of the school day.

Students received information about the Module 1 vocabulary terms.  There will be a spelling quiz over those words on FRIDAY, October 4th.  We then were able to go over the Topic B Assessment.  No homework.

Geography:  We worked on the Latitude and Longitude study guide today in class. Some students were able to finish, but others did not. Ask your student if they finished with the study guide tonight at home. Looking ahead- Quiz over Latitude and Longitude is set for October 4th(Friday).

**Also, just a quick reminder to help your student's charge their chromebooks at home.

MATH STUDENTS who have missed school:  Go to the website  embarc (click here or go to Mr. Sanny's website for the link) and navigate to the module and lesson you missed.  You can watch a video of someone teaching that lesson.  The book they use might be slightly different than ours, but it should be pretty close.

Math:   Students took the Topic C assessment over lessons 11 - 15.  There is a link to a quizlet in you google classroom to practice the 11 trick. No homework.

Pre-Algebra:    Students took the Topic B assessment over lessons 10 - 16.  There is a link to a quizlet in you google classroom to practice the 11 trick. No homework.  

Science: Students worked on Chapter 3 of Unit 2 (Plate Motion) Lesson 3.4. The Unit 2 test is planned for Thursday October 3rd. There is a Quizlet on Google Classroom to aid in studying. 

English:  Verbs Test AR read for rest of period. AR is due October 15th.

7th Period English: Students reviewed for their test using the study guide we completed on Friday. Verbs Test is tomorrow. STUDY! AR is due October 15th. No ABC writing this week.
