Math: Mr. Sanny introduced the Birth Announcement project. We went over what needs to be on it and looked at examples, pointing out good things as well as aspects that could have been improved. The birth announcement will be due Friday, August 30th at the beginning of class. Some time will be given in class to learn how to do the math parts.

Geography: Continent and Oceans Notes and reflection on Pre-test. No homework.
English: Capitalization packet pages 1-3 should be completed. Also, read the story "7th Grade" on page 250 in the literature book.
Science: Students learned about the levels of organization in biology through an activity and note-taking. No homework.
