Mr. Sanny did a little more with the Birth Announcement Project. It
will be due
Friday, August 30th. We talked about how to log on to the textbook website (my.hrw.com) and features of the site. The username and password are "hms74". Kids were to work on some
problems from the Skills Bank in the back of the book. Finish the problems at home if you did not in class.

Geography: Continents and Oceans Test today. Started Parts of a Map Unit-Notes. No homework.
English: Steps 1-7 should be completed in the narrative packet. Also, read the story "The Bike" on page 50 in the Grammar book. It is a great example of narrative writing!
Science: Students used a microscope to observe and sketch a variety of cells. Test Friday.
