Science –Continued the cell analogy project. Wednesday we will meet in 208.
Math - Students discussed more aspects of the Birth Announcement Project (due next Tuesday, Sept 16). Be gathering information. We then started a powerpoint dealing with topics in lesson 2-1. No homework.
Pre-Algebra - Students discussed more aspects of the Birth Announcement project which will be due next Tuesday, Sept 16. Be gathering ideas and the other information now. Students graded the homework problems from lesson 1-7 and then worked on lesson 1-8.
English -- Today we applied comma rules with a grammar review activity. Tonight, use four during-reading strategies while reading your AR book.
GEOGRAPHY – Today we used our Student Atlas to find information about the continent of Africa. The students had a worksheet to fill out. Students should not have homework today if class time was used wisely.
