Math: Mr. Sanny discussed the Mathematician Research Project by showing an example on what it should look like. More details will be shared on Monday. Students went over lesson 7 and jumped into Lesson 10. No homework. There will be an assessment over lessons 7, 10 and 11 Friday, May 10th.
Pre-Algebra: Mr. Sanny discussed the Mathematician Research Project by showing an example on what it should look like. More details will be shared on Monday. Students went over lesson 1 and jumped into Lesson 2. Students may have homework. There will be an assessment over lessons from Module 5 Friday, May 10th.
Science: Students took a test over all the Body Systems.
English: Students read Ch. 10 in The Outsiders. All permission forms are due on May 9th. The second Outsiders project is due May 13th. AR is due May 16th.

Geography: Students continued on a postcard activity over Europe. They turned it in at the end of class. The next test will be May 17th- we will prepare for that during that final full week.

MATH STUDENTS who have missed school: Go to the website embarc (click here or go to Mr. Sanny's website for the link) and navigate to the module and lesson you missed. You can watch a video of someone teaching that lesson. The book they use might be slightly different than ours, but it should be pretty close.
