MATH STUDENTS who have missed school:  Go to embarc.com and navigate to the module and lesson you missed.  You can watch a video of someone teaching that lesson.  The book they use might be slightly different than ours, but it should be pretty close.

Math:   Students took a multiplication fact quiz and then started taking notes on lesson 7.  No homework.

Pre-Algebra:   Students finished lesson 13 and jumped into lesson 14.  Students may have homework for tomorrow.  There will be a test next Tuesday over lessons 7, 8 and 9.  The test over lessons 10 - 15 will be on Wednesday.

Science:  Students have been given 2 & 1/2 days to work on their Immune System Video Project. This project is due Monday January 28th by 4PM and no more class time will be given for completing it, so finish up after school in Mrs. Eidem's room or at home. Students continued learning about the circulatory system and took some notes over the path of blood. Begin studying for the circulatory system test (planned for Friday February 1st) by being able to label the heart diagram and understanding how it shows the path of blood. One side is labeled and the other side is not so you can use the handout like a flashcard.

English:  Students read Ch. 18-19 and received more literary terms. Students can answer questions 6-11 on their study guide. AR is due March 6th.

7th Period English:  Students took a quiz over Ch. 22- Epilogue. Students also worked on their projects. "P" is due on Friday. AR is due March 6th.

Geography:   Today in class we continued notes over North America. They have been working on a review worksheet in class these past weeks. It was turned in today. Ask them if they have turned it in. It is called Yes-No-Why worksheet. North America test is tentatively set for Thursday, January 31st.

**Also, just a quick reminder to help your student's charge their chromebooks at home.
