Math: Students handed in their exit ticket from yesterday and then took a multiplication fact quiz for a grade (we have taken two ungraded ones as practice). We then finished up talking about Lesson 3. Have questions 4 - 9 completed from the problem set on page S.12. Kids will need their chromebooks in math on Friday.
Pre-Algebra: SAME AS THE OTHER MATH CLASSES.
Science: Students updated their bacteria lab report for the 48-hour mark because we are studying bacteria growth and reproduction this week. We took some notes about bacteria. No homework.
English: Students did a text-evidence worksheet over their Scholastic Scope. There is a quiz over writing a TDA on Friday. AR is due October 17th.
7th Period English: Students learned about ABC writing. Their first ABC writing assignment is due on Friday. They also have a TDA to work on that is due on Thursday. They will have a work day tomorrow to work on their ABC writing. There is a quiz over writing a TDA on Friday. AR is due October 17th.
Geography: Today students continued on their first unit- Continents and Oceans! We also started on a Continent and Ocean Map. Continents and Oceans test is this Friday!
**Also, just a quick reminder to help your student's charge their chromebooks at home.
