Math: Students reviewed algebraic concepts and how to solve one step equations by completing the following IXL activities in the 7th grade to a score of 80: S1, S3, S4, S5, S6, S8, and S9. Students will continue working on these tomorrow. No homework.
Pre-Algebra: Students went over 5-1 and 5-2. We then jumped into Lesson 5-3. Complete problems 9-34, 42, 43, 45, 50 for tomorrow.
Science: Students learned about their nervous system by taking some notes and watching a couple of short videos. Study materials are available on Google Classroom. A test over the Nervous System is planned for Friday, March 2nd.
English: Students worked on literary devices for their plays. AR is due March 6th.
7th Period English: Students worked on text evidence and text structures for their Harriet Tubman story. T memory is due on Friday. AR is due March 6th.
Geography: Today students wrapped up on the note packet and had time to work on the demographics worksheet. The notes and worksheet are due on Friday. We will start the South American unit tomorrow!
**Also, just a quick reminder to help your student's charge their chromebooks at home.
