Math: Students took a practice spelling quiz in preparation for the real spelling quiz which is on Friday. Students then had time to work on homework as Mr. Sanny helped kids get logged into the new textbook website. No homework.

Science: Students learned about GMOs (genetically modified organisms) or performed a DNA extraction lab using their own method. Students have received a DNA study guide. Use your DNA notes to complete your study guide. Study! The DNA test will be this Friday, November 3rd.
English: Students learned about simple sentences. They have one activity on Quill.org to complete. Vocabulary activity due by Wednesday on Google Classroom. AR is due on December 15th.
7th Period English: Students learned about end marks. They have a quill activity and worksheet they need to complete for tomorrow. “I” memories are due on Friday. AR is due on December 15th.
Geography: Today students played Kahoot for a review. There is also flashcards available to study on their Google classroom from Quizlet. Make sure your chromebook is charged for the test tomorrow.
**Also, just a quick reminder to help your student's charge their chromebooks at home.
