Science –Continued our inquiry mystery activity. Monday's class is in 119.

Math - Students discussed how failure leads to success if you don't give up and be persistent (Mr. Sanny trying to solve the Rubik's Cube). Students were given more time to work on / finish lesson 1-1. Lesson 1-1 homework will be graded Monday.

Pre-Algebra - Students discussed the importance of solving a problem in a specific order by looking at how to solve the Rubik's Cube and went over homework from lesson 1-2 and were given more practice time.

English -- Today we reviewed capitalization rules for proper adjectives. Tonight, finish your worksheet, use one during reading strategy while reading your AR book. Be sure to have a parent sign your AR paper and return it to Mrs. Westerbeck by Monday.

GEOGRAPHY – We read through the Omaha World Herald for Current Events. We also discussed other current events that are happening with the Olympics. We related this articles to issues that we all have experienced.
