ALL STUDENTS TOOK A MAP TEST TODAY.

Math:  Students jumped into lesson 1-2 in their workbook.  Complete problems 1-10, 13, 15, 16, 17, 21 & 22.

Pre-Algebra:  Students finished lesson 1-1 and jumped into 1-2 in their workbook. Students may have homework.

Science:  Students observed their 48-hour bacteria lab results and added the data to their lab report found on Google Classroom. No homework.

English: Students reviewed RACE for TDAs in class. Students can start numbering their composition notebook pages. Numbered pages are due on Thursday.

7th Period English:  Students reviewed RACE for TDAs in class. Students can start numbering their composition notebook pages. Numbered pages are due on Thursday. "A" memory is due on Friday. Students reviewed RACE for TDAs in class. 

Geography:   Students finished up their Continents and Oceans maps. We also took some time to review for the test tomorrow. Use notes to help you study. Test over Continents and Oceans will be Friday!

Science:  Students listened to a few "All About Me" presentations. Make sure your "All About Me" is finished. We went over the pretest about ecology that was taken yesterday. Students also learned about the 6 kingdoms of life.   

English: Students learned about memoirs and will create a 6 word memoir. 6 word memoirs are due on Tuesday, but they do have Thursday and Friday to work on it. The "All About Me" worksheet, the expectations contract, and the movie parent permission form is due on Friday, August 25th. Students need to have a composition notebook by Wednesday, August 23rd.

Math:  Students went over a little bit of 12-1 and continued their preparation for the MAP test which is Thursday.

Pre-Algebra: Students prepared for the MAP test which is Thursday and also talked about their upcoming project.

Science:  Students took a test over ecology.  Species Research Project due Wednesday, May 17th.  Students will be given class time to complete this project.    

English: Students read Ch. 12 in class today. Start working on your second project! :) AR is due on May 18th.

Geography:   Students continued a new unit called, What I Eat. No homework.
