Math:   Students took a mult fact quiz, went over the homework and continued the card game dealing with integers.  Kids received the exit ticket which needs to be complete tomorrow.  There will be a spelling quiz over those words on Friday which is when the word search will be due.  

Pre-Algebra:    Students  continued practicing solving equations with some worksheets.  Kids might have homework.

Science:   Students finished working on the Cell Model Project. This project is due tomorrow at the beginning of class. There will be a test over cell parts and functions this Friday (October 26th). Use the Quizlets found on Google Classroom to study. Have your Cell Model completed by the time you come in to class tomorrow so you won't lose late points.

English:  Students learned about complex sentences. Students have a Quill activity to do as homework for tomorrow. AR is due on December 17th.

7th Period English:  Today we learned about capitalization. There is a homework assignment on Quill. "H" is due on Friday. AR is due on December 17th.

Geography:   Today we continued our new unit with notes over world population. Notes are on Google Classroom if they've missed class. Test over Population/Culture on Nov 1st!

Math:   Students looked at the Module 1 Vocabulary and received a word search.  There will be a spelling quiz over those words on Friday which is when the word search will be due.  We then jumped into Module 2, Lesson 1.  Complete 1 - 5 on page 5 for tomorrow.

Pre-Algebra:    Students jumped back into Module 6, Lesson 1 and practiced solving equations with some worksheets.  Kids might have homework.

Science:   Students began the Cell Model Project. There will be a test over cell parts and functions this Friday (October 26th). Use the Quizlets found on Google Classroom to study. REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR CELL MODEL PROJECT MATERIALS!!!

7th Period English: Students learned about adverbs and had a short assignment on google classroom that is due tomorrow. AR is due October 17th. Please read!! "E" is due on Friday.

Geography:   We worked on a classroom practice using Latitude and Longitude. It was a good time to ask questions. We will wrap it up tomorrow.  The Lat & Long Quiz is Oct 5th. No homework tonight!
