Science-We will be in lab 113 all week. Today we observed our bacteria experiments and found out the reasons why we aren't always sick.

Math- Students went over the Quest (Quiz / Test) over lessons 3-1 - 3-5. We kicked off the BIG Holiday Shopping Spree project with a writing activity. See your student (and the sheet with the description) for details. It will be due Monday at the beginning of class.

English - Students gave book talks and read "A Christmas Wish". Pre-reading activities were completed in class. Book talks will continue during the week.

GEOGRAPHY: Students were given a handout/chart for the various climates. Read and discussed Mid-Latitude Climates.

English - Students journaled and went over compound subjects and compound verbs. A worksheet was assigned, and we will go over it tomorrow. Book talks will continue during the week.

GEOGRAPHY: Finished chapter 2 section 2 notes. Questions 2 - 8 on p. 59. Quiz over section 1 - 2 tomorrow.
