Math: Students took another practice multiplication fact quiz, turned in the Birth Announcement and then moved into into lesson 3. Read through the homework helper and do problems 1 - 5 and 7 and 8 on page 29 and 30.
Pre-Algebra: Students jumped into lesson 2. Read through the homework helper and do problems 1 and 3 on page 19. The Birth Announcement Project is due TOMORROW, August 27th at the beginning of class.
Science: 2.1 was finished today. We read and annotated the Venus article. 2.2 was started on using models. Your Digital Notebook for Chapter 2 has the pages you need to complete. 6-7 and the vocabulary word model. Please double check that all work needed to be turned in for Chapter 1 is taken care of.

MATH STUDENTS who have missed school: Go to the website embarc (click here or go to Mr. Sanny's website for the link) and navigate to the module and lesson you missed. You can watch a video of someone teaching that lesson. The book they use might be slightly different than ours, but it should be pretty close.
