Math:
Students went over lesson 1-11. We then reviewed for the Formative
Assessment over lesson 1-9-1-11 which will be Wednesday. Students were given problems to review from those lessons. Have them completed for tomorrow. Page 44: 1-4, page 50: 1-7, 25-28, page 54: 1-7, 21-30.
Pre-Algebra Students went over lesson 1-9. We reviewed solving equations and had some problems to do for homework. Complete them for tomorrow.
Geography: Finished up Absolutely Correct and started on the Tilt of the Earth and Seasons notes and discussion. Test over Latitude and Longitude is set for Thursday, October 3rd
English: Pronouns packet pages 1-2 due tomorrow.
Science:
Students planned a lab. See Mrs. Eidem if you were absent.

Parent-Teacher Conferences are coming up September 23rd, 24th and 26th. Students were given a sheet on Friday, September 6 which had instructions how to use the website "signupgenius.com" to sign up for conferences. Please sign up as soon as possible as our limited slots are filling up.
Math: Students talked about the mathematics of the Bond Issue Vote, went over lesson 1-3, and then discussed lesson 1-4. Complete the homework for tomorrow.

Math: Students took a mult fact quiz, went over some problem solving problems and then went over lesson 1-1. Complete problems 1-6, 8-13, 15, 16, 24 and 25 on page 8 for Monday.
Pre-Algebra Students took a mult fact quiz, went over some problem solving problems and then went over lesson 1-1. Complete problems on the salmon colored paper for Monday. See Mr. Sanny if you were gone.
Geography: Worked on Partner Maps today. Maps were due today. No homework for the weekend.
English: Capitalization and punctuation test today.

Math: Students went over and turned in their homework. We then handed back papers and went over math map scores. Students then worked on a variety of problems utilizing various problem solving methods. Those problems are to be completed by tomorrow.
Pre-Algebra Students went over and turned in their homework. We then handed back papers and went over math map scores. Students then worked on a variety of problems utilizing various problem solving methods. Those problems are to be completed by tomorrow.
Geography: Continued making their own maps. Due Wednesday. It is homework if they do not get finished today in class.
English: Students turned in their narrative essays today. They are due at the end of the period tomorrow! MAP test on Thursday! Eat a good breakfast!
