Math:  Students took an mult fact quiz.  We stuffed portfolios for conferences and went over questions from lesson 8.  We will have a quiz on Friday over lessons 1-7, 1-8 and 1-9.

Pre-Algebra:   Students stuffed portfolios and made the key for the quiz over 8-6, 8-7 and 8-8. 

Science: Students learned about pulse, heart attacks, and circulatory system wellness. Circulatory System test this Friday. A study guide is available on Google Classroom. Study!

English:  Students had a work day for projects on Wednesday. Students will present projects on Thursday. AR is due March 6th.

7th Period English: Students watched the Tuck Everlasting movie, and they wrote a little TDA about theme. Q memory is due on Friday. AR is due March 6th.

Geography:   Today students practiced for Parent Teacher Conferences and were introduced to the upcoming station activity. No homework!

Science: Students got to learn their blood type (if desired & parent permission granted). Circulatory System test this Friday. A study guide is available on Google Classroom. Study!

English:  Students took a quiz today and study guides are due today. Students have a work day for projects on Wednesday. Students will present projects on Thursday. AR is due March 6th.

7th Period English: Students watched the Tuck Everlasting movie. Q memory is due on Friday. AR is due March 6th.

Geography:   Today students took a North America test! No homework!

Math:  Students had a day to catch up.  Kids had time to do what they needed to and checked on their grades.  Some either did the Eureka Quiz, finished the Estimation180.com sheet or worked on 6th grade IXL problems.  No homework.

Pre-Algebra:   Students worked on problems 35 - 60 on page 382.  Complete them or tomorrow. 

Science: Students observed a sheep heart. Circulatory System test this Friday. A study guide is available on Google Classroom. Study!

English:  Students read Ch. 24- Epilogue. There is a quiz tomorrow and study guides are due tomorrow. Students will have a work day for projects on Wednesday. Students will present projects on Thursday. AR is due March 6th.

7th Period English: Students presented their projects, and we began the Tuck Everlasting movie. P memory was due today. Q memory is due on Friday. AR is due March 6th.

Geography:   Today students took some time to get organized for the test and studied with a game on Quizlet. ALL Students have homework tonight. Quizlet is on Google Classroom along with other North America information. North America test is set for January 30th.

They do have a YES-NO-WHY worksheet that was handed out 1/15/2018 and it is due TODAY! No late papers will be accepted! North America test is set for January 30th.

Math:  Students turned in their Create a Quiz and then took someone else's quiz.  Don't forget about  the Term 2 Vocabulary Activities.  They will be due Monday, January 15 at the beginning of class.  We will take a spelling quiz over those words at that time.  

Pre-Algebra:   Students went over Lesson 8-4 and jumped into 8-5.    Don't forget about  the Term 2 Vocabulary Activities.  They will be due Friday, January 12 at the beginning of class.  We will take a spelling quiz over those words at that time.  

Science: Students shared their immune system video project with their peers. If your project is not done, finish it as soon as possible so you don't lose a lot of late points. Remember to take the Crash Course video quizzes that are found on Google Classroom. You CAN watch the videos linked on Google Classroom and use your notes while taking the quizzes. All of this work should be finished by Monday.

Geography:   Today students started on the North America unit by working on a North America political map. Maps are due on Friday for 50pts. North America test is tentatively set for January 31st.
