Pre-Algebra: We reviewed squares and square roots and covered concepts from lesson 4-6. No homework.

Science: Introduced our next project, "Animal Adaptations". We watched videos about different adaptations animals have.

English: Discussed inferences and theme in class. HOMEWORK: Went over "Ribbons" worksheet, handed in spelling senttences #11 and took test over #11.

Geography: Hungry Planet-Food Pyramid poster activity, went over their homework from yesterday-Ticket In. No homework tonight.

Science: External observations of animals. Tuesday's science is in 113.

English: Discussed inferences and theme in class. HOMEWORK: Ribbons test questions and sentences for list #11 are due tomorrow. Spelling test #11 will also be tomorrow.

Geography: Hungry Planet-Critical thinking questions with posters. Students DO HAVE homework tonight for Geo. TICKET-IN- It is due at the beginning of class tomorrow!

Pre-Algebra: We turned in the vocab activities, graded 4-4 and took the Term 2 spelling quiz. N.

Science: Finished "Aliens" activity to learn how to use identification keys. Monday's science is in 113.

English: Listened to "Ribbons" in class. HOMEWORK: Finish reading "Ribbons" for Monday. Test questions over "Ribbons" will be due Tuesday, Dec. 21. Spelling test and spelling sentences for list #11 are due Tuesday, December 21.

Math: We took a GST fact quiz, graded 3-2, went over and assigned problems from 3-3 and possibly had time to work on the HSS project. REMINDER: TOMORROW, the HSS packet, the Term 2 Vocab Activities and the homework from Lesson 3-3 are due. We will also be taking a vocab spelling quiz tomorrow.

Math: We continued the final day of the Million Calorie Food Drive today. Thank you to everyone who participated and donated items. Students turned in the first part of Lesson 3-6. The 2nd line of 3-6 homework is due Monday. (some got it done in class).

Pre-Algebra: We spent time talking about the food drive and then graded the problems from 11-1. If time allowed, we went over lesson 11-2. No homework.

Science: Continued learning about the immune system by doing skits on allergies and antibiotics. Also how to strengthen the immune system.

English: Revised and edited rough drafts in class. Homework: Revisions and edits due Monday.

Science: Computer lab, we learned about cloning and eye inheritance. Need to finish "Smiley Face" project is overdue. Thursday's class is in 113.

Science: Tuesday's science is in 113. Today we typed our cell analogies, today was the last class day to work on these projects.
