Math:   Mr. Sanny talked how to look for the best buy when shopping and then spent some time going over the lesson 1 homework.  The Birth Announcement Project is due Thursday, August 27th at the beginning of class.  Start collecting information about your birth.  No homework from the book.

Science:  Geology on Mars 1.2 finished today. We discussed how what we saw on the Google Mars simulation can be related to what we know about the earth.  
One vocabulary word to add to your  interactive notebook. (geologic process)  We also did the activity on GCR 1.2  Activity 4.  Please get on and do that using your digital notebook pictures along with the GCR document. Submit when finished.

Geography:  Today we worked on completing a Continent and Ocean map- due Friday for 25 points. Continent and Ocean Test is Wednesday. Check out Google Classroom/Canvas for any missed work or assignments!

MATH STUDENTS who have missed school:  Go to the website  embarc (click here or go to Mr. Sanny's website for the link) and navigate to the module and lesson you missed.  You can watch a video of someone teaching that lesson.  The book they use might be slightly different than ours, but it should be pretty close.
