Math students: see info below on where to find more about the lesson you missed.
Math: Students took an 11 mult fact quiz. We then went over Lesson 2 in Module 2. For practice, do 7th Grade IXLs to a score of 80: B4 and B5. Those are due tomorrow at the beginning of class. Students received a list of Module 1 vocabulary words and a Word Search involving those words. The word search is due Friday. We will also take a spelling quiz over those words on Friday.
Pre-Algebra: Students learned how to add integers using the Pawzies vs Neggies story. Complete 7th grade IXLs to a score of 80: C1 and C4. Also complete the Wizer worksheet found in Google Classroom. Students received a list of Module 1 vocabulary words and a Word Search involving those words. The word search is due Friday. We will also take a spelling quiz over those words on Friday.
Science: Rock Transformations Unit. We finished 1.2 and 1.3 in our new Digital Notebook. Complete through slide 10. Homework assignment on Google Classroom 1.3 Rock Transformations. Video update available on Canvas.
English: Students reviewed their adverbs and prepositions test today. We did a vocabulary activity and started reading Rikki-Tikki-Tavi.
7th Period English: Students learned about complex sentences. There is a short google classroom assignment called Sentence Structure HW 3 that is due tomorrow. "G" is due on Friday.
Geography: Today we worked on developing & developed countries. We took some notes and discussed. Study guide was handed out on 10/20 and the test over Population & Culture is set for October 29th. Click this link to see the assignment calendar!

MATH STUDENTS who have missed school: Go to the Clever and then the Great Minds InSync link. Go to 7th grade and navigate to the Module, Topic (A, B, C, etc.) and then on the lesson we are covering. You can watch a video over the lesson and/or see a digital form of the lesson from the book.
