Math: Students learned the trick to multiply any two digit number by 11 and took a practice quiz. We then went over various math problems involved in a recent trip Mr. Sanny took to Des Moines. Students received a list of Module 1 vocabulary words and a Word Search involving those words. The word search is due Friday. We will also take a spelling quiz over those words on Friday.

Science: We finished all Plate Motion assessments and scientific arguments. D.N. for Plate Motion Chapter 3 should be turned in as well. We did the pre-assessment for Rock Formation on Amplify. We also did a Gimkit. Video update available on Canvas.
English: Students reviewed their study guides and played kahoot. All adverbs and preposition homework assignments are due tomorrow. No late assignments.
7th Period English: Students reviewed their tests and started learning about simple sentences. "G" is due on Friday.
Geography: Today we started a new unit- Population. We took some notes and discussed. Test over Population & Culture is set for October 29th. Click this link to see the assignment calendar!

MATH STUDENTS who have missed school: Go to the website embarc (click here or go to Mr. Sanny's website for the link) and navigate to the module and lesson you missed. You can watch a video of someone teaching that lesson. The book they use might be slightly different than ours, but it should be pretty close.
