Math:   Students took a multiplication fact quiz and then practiced their questioning and answering skills using the website called Desmos.com.  No homework.

Pre-Algebra:   Students took a multiplication fact quiz and then practiced their questioning and answering skills using the website called Desmos.com.  No homework.

Science:  Worked on 2.2 in the Plate Motion unit today. side.  Annotating the article on "Listening to the Earth".  Complete D.N. 2 through page 7. Video available on Canvas.

English:  Students learned about the four principal parts of verbs. There is a short assignment on google classroom, "Verbs Homework 4."

7th Period English: Students learned about infinitives and gerunds. There is a short assignment on google classroom, "Verbs Homework 5."

Geography:  Today students learned about current events around the world- wild fires and hurricanes! They completed a short current event worksheet in class. No homework over this long break- ENJOY! Feel free to check on Canvas for the Assignment Calendar. The calendar has all the links to help you stay current with school work!

**Also, just a quick reminder to help your student's charge their chromebooks at home.

MATH STUDENTS who have missed school:  Go to the website  embarc (click here or go to Mr. Sanny's website for the link) and navigate to the module and lesson you missed.  You can watch a video of someone teaching that lesson.  The book they use might be slightly different than ours, but it should be pretty close.
