Math: Students finished Lesson 10. Do 1-6 and 9 from the problem set. Finish all previous IXLs by this next Tuesday!
Pre-Algebra: Students learned about the pythagorean theorem and how to apply it.
Science: Students completed Lesson 2.5 in Chemical Reactions, which was a differentiated lesson based on a student's mid-unit assessment score. There is an assignment (Writing to Westfield) on Google Classroom due today by 4 pm.
English: Students read "Frozen Dreams" and did a google classroom activity that goes along with the story. AR is due March 3rd.
7th Period English: Students performed their skits today! AR is due March 3rd.
Geography: Today we continued to work on a Hungry Planet country introduction using our textbooks. We also started on our Hungry Planet notes. We will continue this into next week. No homework.
**Also, just a quick reminder to help your student's charge their chromebooks at home.

MATH STUDENTS who have missed school: Go to the website embarc (click here or go to Mr. Sanny's website for the link) and navigate to the module and lesson you missed. You can watch a video of someone teaching that lesson. The book they use might be slightly different than ours, but it should be pretty close.
