Math: Students finished up lesson 3 and jumped into lesson 4. Complete problems 4 and 5 on page 22 and problems 1 and 2 on page 27. There will be an assessment over lessons 1 - 6 on Friday.
Pre-Algebra: Students continued work on a Geometry Packet looking at volume of spheres and composite shapes. We then reviewed with a Kahoot. Students may have homework. There will be an assessment over volume on Wednesday.
Science: Students continued their Phase Change Engineering Internship (Day 5). Students ran iterative tests and submitted their optimal design. No homework.
English: Students took a quiz over Ch. 1-6 and vocab today and had small group discussions. AR is due March 3rd.
7th Period English: Students read chapters 11, 12, and 13 in the novel. Students need to read 14 and 15 as homework. There is a quiz tomorrow over Ch. 7-15 and vocab. "P" is due on Friday. AR is due March 3rd.
Geography: Today we worked on North America notes- vocabulary, landforms, and climate :). The maps are due today- 50 points and the North America test is set for January 30th.
**Also, just a quick reminder to help your student's charge their chromebooks at home.

MATH STUDENTS who have missed school: Go to the website embarc (click here or go to Mr. Sanny's website for the link) and navigate to the module and lesson you missed. You can watch a video of someone teaching that lesson. The book they use might be slightly different than ours, but it should be pretty close.
