Math:   Students took a sprint and then moved into lesson 4.  Students may have homework, but they should look over the lessons to review for the test..  Students will take an assessment on Friday over lessons 1 - 4.  You will need your chromebook.

Pre-Algebra:   Students finished up lesson 5 and moved into lesson 6.  Students may have homework.  Students will take an assessment on Friday over lessons 1 - 6.  You will need your chromebook.  The test might be moved, but as of the typing of this blog, it is Friday.

Science: Students learned how rocks form by completing "Rock Transformations" lesson 1.3. Your 5-paragraph group proposal needs to be turned in via Google Classroom by Friday, October 25 by 4:00 pm.

English:  We continued sentence structure. Using subordinating conjunctions in complex sentences. Notes to get. Google Classroom Homework Complex Sentences 4. Get started on your A.R. points for the next term.

7th Period English:  We are continuing punctuation today. We took notes on colons, and semi colons. Google Classroom Homework; Colons, Semi colons 1. ABC writing this week, letter "H". A.R. reading points have been assigned for next quarter.

Geography:  Today we started working on our Population Density worksheet. It compares population, climate, and land area between 10 different countries around the world. This is due on Monday. Looking ahead- Population, Developed vs. Developed Countries and Culture Traits Test is on October 31st

MATH STUDENTS who have missed school:  Go to the website  embarc (click here or go to Mr. Sanny's website for the link) and navigate to the module and lesson you missed.  You can watch a video of someone teaching that lesson.  The book they use might be slightly different than ours, but it should be pretty close.
