HMS, SMS, and KCHS 6th, 7th, and 8th graders are invited to Middle
School Mania this Saturday, November 10th from 6:30-9. Activities
include basketball, volleyball, ping pong, board games, karaoke, face
painting, bingo, and more! $5 admission—snacks, pizza, and baked goods
also for sale. Please join us! (All school rules apply.)
Math: Students
took a mult fact quiz, reviewed for the retake and then took it. After
the retake, we discussed Prime Factorization. No homework.
Pre-Algebra: Students took a mult fact quiz, reviewed for the retake and then took
it. After the retake, we started discussing 3-1. Ask your student if he or she has homework.
Geography:
Started worked on Climate Zone Posters in the lab today. There is a
quiz over Chapter 2 on Thursday. We will review in class tomorrow.
Climate Zone Posters are DUE on FRIDAY by 4pm. Homework: Sections 1-4
Vocabulary due on Friday by 4pm.
English: Adjective and adverb test. Rough draft due tomorrow.
Science:
Students filled out a vocabulary chart over our cell cycle terms. No homework.
