Science-Went over the respiratory system test and started the KWL on the digestive system.
Math - Reviewed perimeter KPS assessment from Wednesday. This week we will spend tuesday & Wednesday on Area with a KPS assessment Wednesday and on Thursday & Friday we will go over circumference, with a KPS assessment Friday. No homework.
Pre-Algebra - Most students need to do a quick retake of area and remembering how to label. We will be taking 3 KPS assessments this week. Wednesday will be on Circumference, Thursday will be on surface area, and Friday will be over Volume. There will be short assignments on Wednesday & Thursday nights.
English -- Today students took a quiz over Chapters 3-4 / Outsiders. In class the students defined vocab words for chapters 5-6 and started reading chapter 5. Homework: Half of your reading goal was due April 14. Due April 17: Write a 3-part thought provoking question from chapters 5-6 from "The Outsiders."
GEOGRAPHY - Finished short video over Mexico's land and economy. Vocabulary chapter 6 section 1 pages 190-195. Studied physical map. Test over vocab sec 1 and physical map on Friday! Homework tonight is to study vocabulary sec 1 and physical map.
